- First take a bowl add curd,, condensed milk, sugar and oil beat and whisk it very well until all of them gets fluffy
- Now add coco powder and mix again very well
- Now for beet root puree peel of the beet root and cut it into pieces and pressure cook for 2-3 whistle then grind it into mixer grinder and make puree if required then add water
- Now add beet root puree to the curd mixture and mix it very well
- Now add all-purpose flour and baking powder sieve them to the curd mixture mix very well at last 1tsp of lemon juice and mix again don't whisk more after adding baking powder
- Now line the baking tray and preheat the oven at 180 degree for 7 min.
- Pour the batter to the cups
- Bake at 180 degree for 25 min.
- Cool down completely and add some chocolate syrup on top and relish them
Although the the taste and texture are on point. So instead of seeing it as a failure with color, I am looking at bright side and seeing it as a success with taste and texture!.
