- Take a vessel put wheat flour, rice flour, dosa batter, semolina (rava) and salt
- Add water and mix well with out any lumps
- Add jeera powder, black pepper powder, curry leaves and coriander leaves
- Mix well to a thin batter
- Heat the dosa pan and pour the batter starting from the edges. Pour gently towards the center. Pour oil or ghee around the dosa.
- Cook till the bottom turns golden brown. Then flip it and cook for a minute.
- Then remove and plate it for serving. Coconut chutney, red chilli chutney and sambar will taste good with this dosa.
