- Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease and flour your pan or line with parchment paper
- Mix the 1/3 sugar and 2tsp cinnamon and set aside
- Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl
- In another bowl mix oil, eggs and beat together for a minute. Add milk and mix well.
- Pour the wet mixture into the flour mixture and mix till well combined
- Pour 1/3 of the batter in your loaf tin. Sprinkle half of the sugar and cinnamon mixture on top of the batter. Pour half of the remaining batter and then sprinkle the rest of the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Pour the rest of the batter in the pan
- Use a knife to draw any shape in the batter in the pan to create a marble effect
- Bake for 40-45mins or till a toothpick inserted in the centpre comes out clean
