  4. Now take balls. Roll it with the help of rolling pin. Cut its edges and make it a square. Place the filling on it.
  5. Apply little water on edges. Fold the edges and press it. Mark with fork. Like wise make all the puffs.
  6. Heat oil in a wok. Add 2 puffs at a time and fry till golden brown. Flip the side and fry from other side also. Flip again and fry for 30 seconds.
  7. Remove in a plate. Like wise fry all the puffs.
  8. Serve hot with mint chutney.
