  8. Note : you can skip honey if the peaches are too much ripen and sweet. You can use whipped cream instead of fresh cream. To adjust the texture of fresh cream you can use little milk powder as well (make sure the ice-cream mixture should have a creamy texture before freezing only then the ice-cream will be creamy after freezing also).
