- Remove cast iron skillet from oven and place dumplings in skillet with hot peach juice. Pour remaining peach juice over dumplings. Pour butter, cinnamon and sugar mixture over dumplings. Cook for 30 minutes.

Old fashioned means from-scratch with no pre-made ingredients, or at least it does to me. Pour the Fresca to the sides of the dumplings (not on top!) so a nice crust is formed while baking.
