  1. Wash and soak wheat for about 24 hours
  2. Now drain it and grind soaked wheat into mixer grinder by adding some water
  3. Pour mixture into a bowl and rest for whole night
  4. Remove excess water from mixture and strain it into strainer and keep it into sunlight on cotton cloth
  5. Add dried sheera and sugar in a bowl by adding some water and rest for 15 minutes
  6. In a kadai add desi ghee and mix of sheera and sugar stir continuously otherwise stick in bottom
  7. While collect from sides and smells comes switch off flame and transfer it into a bowl sheera is ready for serve

Add in nuts and raisan and fry till golden. Roasting the flour properly is the key to get the best-tasting wheat halwa. Otherwise, you'll have a raw taste of flour and halwa becomes dense. Roast the flour on Medium-Low heat. Keep stirring continuously all the time.
