- Soaked poppy, yellow mustard and black mustard seeds for 1 hrs along with cashew nuts. And marinate the fish with salt, lemon juice, turmeric powder and mustard oil for 1 hrs.
- Then after 1 hrs griend all the soaked items together adding grated coconut and chillies. Next add turmeric, sugar and salt in the mixture. Meanwhile preheat oven for 10 minutes.
- Then place an aluminum foil and put the fish on that, then rub all the spices on the top and back side of the fish gently.
- Cover the foil and baked for 30 minutes. Baked Pomfret is ready to serve.
