- Take 50 g butter

- Boil pasta for 2 mins less time than stated on the pack.
- Melt butter in a saucepan and stir in flour.
- Cook for 1 min, then gradually stir in milk to make a thick white sauce.
- Remove from the heat and stir in all but a handful of the cheese
- Drain the pasta, mix with the white sauce, tuna, and sweetcorn
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with the rest of the grated cheddar.
- Bake for 15-20 mins until the cheese on top is golden and starting to brown.

Add the chopped tomatoes, tomato puree, Italian herb seasoning, oregano, garlic granules and salt & pepper to taste. We're big fans of tuna noodle casserole but sometimes I'm just not up to doing the whole oven casserole thing. This recipe pulls together very quickly and doesn't have to be measured out to be perfect.
