Steps to make Wheat flour Halwa:
- Collects the ingredients. Crushed the elaichi and chopped almonds.
- Heat a pan, add sugar, water.
- Let the sugar dissolve completely. Turn off the flame. Don't make chasni. Remove the pan from the flame, and keep aside.
- Heat kadhai, add wheat flour. Dry roast for 3 to 5 minutes on low flame. Turn the flame off.Take it out in a plate.
- Take another kadhai, heat 3/4 cup ghee, add roasted wheat flour. Cook it for 7 to 10 minutes on medium low flame till golden brown.
- Add sugar syrup, cook it for 3 to 5 minutes on low flame. Add 2 tbsp ghee, mix well.
- Add chopped almonds, crushed elaichi. Mix well, cook it for 2 minutes. Turn off the flame. Wheat flour Halwa is ready to serve. Enjoy!!!š
