  1. In a pot add flour, salt and knead it into a soft dough. What I do,I mix well flour, salt and water into some thick form and then leave it at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes. After that I knead it with soft hands and it comes out perfect with soft smooth texture.
  2. Dough should be soft neither too hard not too soft.
  3. Cover it properly and rest it for 15 minutes.
  4. Make medium sized balls and roll into rounds thin roti.
  5. Heat the tawa properly and put roti on it. When it starts to change colour instantly change the side.
  6. When other side starts to bubble then again change the side.
  7. By changing sides after short time keeps rori soft and makes it to fluff.
  8. To get beautiful flowers on roti you can cook directly on the flame for few seconds in the last. Fluffy and soft roti is ready to eat.
