- In a pot add flour, salt and knead it into a soft dough. What I do,I mix well flour, salt and water into some thick form and then leave it at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes. After that I knead it with soft hands and it comes out perfect with soft smooth texture.
- Dough should be soft neither too hard not too soft.
- Cover it properly and rest it for 15 minutes.
- Make medium sized balls and roll into rounds thin roti.
- Heat the tawa properly and put roti on it. When it starts to change colour instantly change the side.
- When other side starts to bubble then again change the side.
- By changing sides after short time keeps rori soft and makes it to fluff.
- To get beautiful flowers on roti you can cook directly on the flame for few seconds in the last. Fluffy and soft roti is ready to eat.
