But by default, I have replaced wheat flour by Jowar flour (Sorghum flour). Chokha is combination of Bharta of Brinjal, Tomato and Potato.   1. Take wheat flour in a bowl,add hokar flour,cornflour,salt and mix.
  2. Now add yogurt,carrom seeds,ghee and mix everything well.Gradually add water and make a dough.
  3. Keep this dough aside for 30 mins.
  4. After 30 mins,take dough divide it into small portions and make them circular in shape.Boil water in a pan add salt, dough balls in boilingwater and let them boil for appro.20 mins.
  5. Dough balls will automatically floats on water once they will be properly boiled.
  6. Now let them cool downand after that cut them into small pieces as per your choice.
  7. Put them in preheated oven and bake them till they becomes crispy and golden appro.30mins.(Convection Oven)
  8. In between pour ghee on pieces while baking.
  9. Baked litti's are ready.Serve them hot with potato brinjal curry or tuwar dal fry.
