- Get 3/4 Cup Curd

Steps to make Rice flour Sev:
- Take rice flour in a bowl, add salt, green chilli paste, sesame seeds and fresh cream. Give it a good mix.
- Now add curd in small quantities to knead a tight dough.
- Take a chakli maker and use the disc with large holes to make sev.
- Knead a portion of the dough again for 4-5 min and place it in the chakali maker.
- Heat oil for frying and directly press the chakali maker in it. Move it in a circular motion once and break the remaining sev.
- Fry it from both sides on medium flame and then take it out on a plate.
- A tasty snack is ready!!
Add palak and pudina puree while making dough to make a palak pudina sev. Add boiled potato and crushed garlic while making dough for a nice flavor. Use same amount of rice flour or both rice flour and gram flour instead of gram flour for variation. Taste: Salty and mild spicy snack. additionally, rice flour helps to make sev more crispy and tasty. finally, khara sev stays good for a month when stored in airtight container.
