  3. Now heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and saute them.
  4. Now add chopped onion and saute it.
  5. Now add chopped tomato and saute it.
  6. Now add chopped capsicum and saute it.
  7. Now add salt,black pepper powder,coriander powder and mix all well on sim.
  8. Switch off the gas and let themcool.
  9. Now add mayonnaise and tomato ketchup and mix all well.
  10. Now take small portion of the dough as a ball and roll it or flatten it with hands.
  11. Now place the veggies filling and fold it as a potli or any shape you like.
  12. Now brush them with little oil.
  13. Now boil the water in a wok.
  14. Now grease a plate and arrange all the momos on it.
  15. Now place a stand in the wok.
  16. Place the momos plate on this stand and cover the wok with plate.
  17. Let the momos cook on sim.
  18. Check from time to time whether they are cooked properly or not.
  19. Serve hot with tomato ketchup,schezwan sauce or any chutney you want.
