- Take 200 gms Wheat flour
- Get 1 Onion

- Take a mixing bowl add the wheat flour, chopped onion,green chillies, salt add water and make a soft dough.
- Heat a pan once the pan was heated well, dip your hand in the water and take a ball size dough and put on the pan and spread well and pour oil around the adai.
- Put the flame in medium and cook both sides.
- Serve hot with tomato pickle or lemon pickle.
