  1. Take a soft cloth add wheat and rice flour and tie a potali. Take a cooker add little water at bottom and keep one pot and keep this potali in it. It should not touch to water.Now close the lid and steam for 15 minutes without whistle.
  2. Let it cool down and break it and sieve the flour. Add all dry spices and mix well.Tip: Do not add oil or mohan. Now make a soft dough by adding water.
  3. Keep the dough aside. Take chakali maker greese it with oil and put the dough. Keep a kadhai on medium flame add oil and once the oil is hot deep fry chakali at a time 5 or 6. Cook from both the sides. It won't turn brown in Color. Chakali is ready for snacks.
