Steps to make Mixed flour ladoo:
  1. Heat ghee in a kadhai, roast the dry fruits and keep it aside.
  2. Roast the flours in the same ghee on low flame till the raw smell goes. This takes about 20 minutes. It may appear dry but there is no need to extra ghee.
  3. When the besan flour becomes dark yellow in colour turn off the flame. Just before you turn off the flame add turmeric to give yellow colour to the ladoos.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool till the temperature is enough to place your hands in it. Keep the mixture in a large bowl. To it add powdered sugar/ jaggery and cardamom powder.
  5. After adding all the ingredients as in step 4 add the dry fruits and mix the contents thoroughly.
  6. Grease your hands and roll out the ladoos and place them onto a plate.
  7. Make ladoos of the entire mixture and roll the ladoos in a bowl filled with poppy seeds. Dust off the extra poppy seeds and serve it.
  8. After it cools store in an airtight container.
