- First we roast the flour in a pan till colour has changed in brown
- Then take it out,and keep it aside…now add water in pan..add sugar in it…
- After melting the sugar and a boil,add all chopped dry fruits,raisins,dry coconut and cardamom powder in it…
- Add water in flour and prepare smooth paste…add it into pan…keep stirring till thick…
- Take a plate,Grease it with ghee…turn off the flame,take out the halwa and spread in plate till set…
- After that,cut it into pieces and serve…garnish with some dry coconut…
This crumbly halwa is very easy to make. The Singhare Ka Atta is Water chestnut flour, is brownish in colour and cooks very fast.
