- Take 1 cup of Wheat flour,1/2 cup of suji, 1 cup of curd,add salt per taste and little water and mix till two minutes. Cover it and rest for 5 minutes.After 5 minutes add baking powder
- Heat Dosa tawa in high flame. Take a ladle full of batter and pour it in the center of the pan. Drizzle oil or butter over the dosa starts appearing golden brown.
- Serve Hot with Coconut Chutney.
