  1. Method: - Take flour in a plate. Knead the dough well and prepare the dough. Keep the dough to rest 10-15 minutes.

  3. Place the pan in another gas. Add ghee in the pan. Add semolina to the ghee. And fry till it becomes light brown
  4. Add peanuts and semolina to the baking sauce. And let it cook for 1-2 minutes. Turn off the gas after 2 minutes.
  5. Take small small balls of doe. Add semolina stuffing to the puri and make a modak shape.
